Month: March 2017
So let’s cut to the chase. I LOVE it. I heard so many rumors about how great it is but I never believe any hype without testing it first. A week before the necklace came, Rylan was so darn fussy at night. A few days of weraking the necklace, she is as happy as ever. We’ve had it for about a month now and love it. I make sure to remove it from baby at night for fear of her choking with it. She keeps it onduring the day, even at daycare, and doesn;t realize she’s wearing it. This is a very good thing.
The secret to these necklaces are that the amber warms the body withits minerals. Here’s an exceprt from Natural Ambers, “Succinic Acid is thought to be responsible for most teething benefits that are provided by Amber necklaces. When this natural resin is worn close to the skin it is thought to be able to release healing oil (Succinic Acid) into the bloodstream. This effect is what makes drooling and pain to stop or at least to minimize.”
This is awesome! As a crunchy mom, i made sure to do plenty of research before buying it. I had to make sure there were no extra chemicals. Well I purchased the Raw Unpolished Necklace from Etsy for about $20 and it came with a bracelet. I chose unpolished so that the necklace could polish naturally.
Does my daughter like wearing? Let’s see…..
Yes indeed! If your little one is teething or you just like awesome Amber fashion, I suggest you grab this asap!
The color of the necklaces vary, as does the color of Raw Amber. There are different color varities. Rylan is wearing the “rainbow version” that is an ombre of different amber rocks. It goes from honey to cognac.
F.Y.I. I was not paid to make this post or given any form of gratituity. The shop is unaware of this posting.
So last week, my daughter began drooling again. I was sure she was “cutting teeth” because of the massive wet globs falling from her muth and fussiness. The necklace did not stop any of those teething pains. In fact, I removed it a few times as it was bothering my daughter, as she hinted trying to pull it off. Rylan was also sick with a viral infection that week also so that tells me that baby does not want to be “warmed inside” while a fever is happening. To this extent, I warn parents to REMOVE THE AMBER DURING A FEVER. I say this exxagerately in all caps so you know I mean it, haha.
Let’s laugh together. Here’s a few to start us off. Add your favs that aren’t listed and I’ll post them up!
My personal favorite:
Because we’ve all done this look before!
Because you took too long to walk over to the other (much greener) vegan side.
